One example is the automotive industry, where ArmaPET Shape is used to replace aluminium sheets for bodies, chassis or engine hoods, as well as structural add-on parts such as spoilers.

together with 2Gamma Srl we have developed and commercialized the mind-breaking PowderPreg.

A PrePreg material that is dry and storable at room temperature, available in almost endless configurations...

PowderPreg in short:

• Epoxy based, reactive "solid" resin system
• solvent free, none-hazardous ingredients, almost "infinite" shelf-life
• temperature driven process (usually 160-210°C)
• eneabler for new manufacturing methods
• for thin and thick section composites (low exothermic reaction)
• stacks, pre-forming and b-staging
• direct bonding (selected thermoplastics, metals, wood, paper...)
• good for multi-material combinations
• one-shot and/or multi-step processing
• accepts high heat-rates = fast process cycles
